I have been using this salon for about 2/3 years now and I am always satisfied with the result even more so the past 6 months or more with Maxine cut and colouring my hair. Maxine always goes that extra mile and chooses colours etc for me to get the result I want, at the moment that is purple and you can really tell she loves styling short hair. I am always made to feel welcome and the junior/trainee stylists are always cheerful and attentive offering drinks etc. I am 1000% percent satisfied after each visit.
Teej did my balayage and I absolutely loved it! She was so friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. She took the time to explain what she was doing and made sure I was happy with the result. The color turned out beautiful and blended perfectly. Highly recommend her!

I have been using this salon for several years Maxine is the stylist I use she is extremely professional friendly and puts you at ease she listens to your concerns about your treatment I cannot fault her. I’ve visited Touch Salon Chigwell several times now and am always very impressed with the service and salon environment. Senior Stylist Maxine has looked after my hair for many years and has helped transition through menopause hair issues to find the right colours that work for me consistently. Her skills are superb and I always walk out of there feeling super glam!
I went in to the salon to see Charly. She always makes me feel so welcome and makes me a hot drink. She gives the most amazing head massages!!! She always recommends what to do with my hair as I’m not the best with looking after it myself. Usually one of the lovely treatments, a trim and a bouncy blow dry. My hair is very coarse and frizzy and she manages to get it nice and smooth every time. 10/10.
