I had my first appointment at The Salon Experience today with Leanne, and I honestly couldn’t be happier! I booked in for a wash, cut, and blow-dry, and with the amazing 50% off first-time client offer, it felt like such a treat. From the start, Leanne took the time to do a really thoughtful consultation, making sure she fully understood what I wanted. I explained that I’ve been dealing with anemia and some hair loss, so keeping as much length and thickness as possible was really important to me. She was so understanding and incredibly careful, managing to maintain the length beautifully while adding soft, face-framing layers that gave my hair shape and movement. I also asked her for advice about how best to use colour wow raise the root since I bought it recently and I’ve been really curious and excited about it, and she gave me such helpful advice and guidance, and even used some on my hair, which I really appreciated. The final result is absolutely beautiful. I left feeling confident, listened to, and genuinely cared for. I’m so grateful and will definitely be returning and recommending to friends and family. First class service! Such a friendly and welcoming environment, all the ladies who work there go above and beyond to give you the real salon experience, nothing ever seems to be to much. I have been here a few times now and I always walk out feeling like a new woman, the salon owner Lauren has done my hair twice for me and she really is such a lovely lady and ensures that she offers nothing less than the best. I don’t have the easiest of hair to manage but she never ever makes me feel as though it’s too much, instead she takes her time and doesn’t rush. Refreshments are offered throughout and staff are always checking in to ensure that you are okay. The salon is a 10/10 all staff are friendly and the level of advice given on how to achieve your end hair goal is amazing. Leanne at the salon has been colouring my hair for a long time and has never failed to produce a beautiful cut & colour! I highly recommend!
