Would give zero stars if I could. I've never experienced such rude customer service before. Came in to collect a parcel having used the click and collect service; a young girl, I think she was called Katie on the floor asked me "what do you want?" and huffed when I said I was there to collect a parcel. She was obviously in a rush because it was absolutely rammed with customers in the store.... so rushed that she misheard my order number and when I said that wasn't correct, again she huffed and it was a huge inconvenience. I was in shock by her rubbish attitude, I walked out gobsmacked. I will not be returning to this store ever again, you've lost my custom Boots.

It's okay and it's a Boots. But there are never many staff in store if you need help with anything (even on a busy Saturday afternoon) and only three self service tills which (due to the low number of staff) never have staff nearby if there is a problem. Would only go to this store out of necessity rather than choice.

I returned one of my click and collect items in this store. I took a picture of the return screen. I should have received a refund for the physical gift card immediately, but I didn't receive it on the same day. I contacted the Boots customer service team 3 weeks later. The customer service team told me to return to the store, but the old lady customer advisor with short brown hair was not only very rude to me, but also had no idea about the return process. Although she looked like she had worked here for many years, she didn't believe that I had called the customer service team, and accused me in a very fierce tone that I didn't take a picture of the refund page, and accused me of not asking the customer service team for the reference number. She didn't help me solve the problem, but just blamed the customer blindly. How can Boots have such staff? Finally, she found the store manager, and even the store manager said that they had no right to refund me. Finally, I called the customer service team again, and they specifically said that this store didn't know the return process, and asked the regional manager to investigate, and asked me to change a store to return the product next time. It was not my problem, but I wasted a lot of time returning items in this store!

Paid £1.50 to park only to find the sensitive laundry liquid I need out of stock anyway. Everytime I've been it's been out of stock, and is out of stock online too. Needs sorting for eczema and dermatitis sufferers.

Two weeks ago, I went into Boots to buy artificial nails on a Friday evening. I bought one good quality one £9 and another low quality one for £3. The cashier made a mistake and scanned the £3 one twice, thus charging me £6. On noticing what she had done, I prompted her and she was very thankful and took another £6 to make up the money. Four days later on wearing the £9 product, I realised that the £3 was broken with the nails incomplete and the glue spilled. I took it back for an exchange and the cashier I met embarrassed me, called me a liar, got her colleague to verify I was given the right product and said the CCTV recorded that I was given the right product. They however refused to show me evidence of this. It was not much the refusal to exchange the product but the manner with which I was treated- a liar. I eventually left the product with them but took a picture of it. Disgraceful.

Boots website has pharmacy opening times for this store which does NOT have a pharmacy. Also car park is run by a disreputable outfit who will send you fines even when you have bought a ticket. Always keep you ticket for at least a month after visiting or better still don’t bother.
