   Lovely treatment. However customer services leave a LOT to be desired for. I am no longer a customer of this shop as Kristina removed me from her customer base and cancelled my forthcoming appointments. This did because I did not turn up for an appointment as I was seeing to my elderly mother for whom I was a carer. When I explained what had happened she showed not one ounce of empathy and told me not to come back. Have changed review from 5 stars to 2.

   I got my lashes extension done here and they all fell in 2 days, after I complained and went for them to fix it , they Charged me again!!!! And the 2nd time she put so much glue in my lashes that I could see the glue and my lashes got so stiff, after they came off, ALL MY NATURAL LASHES WERE GONE!!!! After I left the review they contacted me and told me that I can go back and they will find a solution! I did not want to do anything else for my lashes so they can grow back but I have changed my review from 1star to 3 because of their great customer service.

   Been having my lashes done here for the last 3 months. I always go for the natural look lashes and I get compliments everywhere. The whole shop is really welcoming and hygienic. I had to come in for a patch test which was good. They have lots of services available, staff are knowledgeable and they’re always talking about being sent off on some extra training so you know they’re staying up to date. Lashes also last a really long time and I didn’t have to change my washing routine which I was worried about. Worth the price! I would recommend to all my friends.
