Worst experience. I prepaid for an appointment booked for today at 5pm to find that they were closed. It says on their website they’re open until 5.30pm? I tried ringing their number many times and they did not pick up. Please find somewhere else to do your eyebrows and wax, I do not recommend this place at all as they tried to scam me.
This is the worst experience I’ve had. I was so disappointed by the level of service provided. The massage started in 15 minutes late and ended 10 minutes early. When I told the lady at the end, she tried to deny this. Barely apologised, on her phone. Not to mention the atmosphere which was gloomy. The massage room was cold and I was left in the dark for 15 minutes and couldn’t even see how I was getting changed. When k turned on my stomach for the head massage, I could see the bin just below me through the head hole. Not pleasant. Not to mention the toilet is outside, cold, no light and I was locked out outside. She also made a rude comment about my hair saying “what happens your hair is so rough” . Lastly, not even sure the lady washed her hands before because she didn’t go to the bathroom. So so bad.
I had a terrible experience here. The person doing my brows was both unfriendly and unprofessional. Disgustingly unhygienic, eating crisps without washing their hands and just wiping it all over their clothes before beginning the service. They made me feel super uncomfortable and unwelcome.100% would not recommend.
Absolutely adore it here, been coming here for 2 years and the service provided is always amazing. Prices are perfect and the outcome of treatments are perfect aswell.
been going for around 4/5 years, always so helpful and informative, had a facial here once and would recommend it was very relaxing and got great tips on how to keep my skin healthy, when I get threading she also gives tips on how to keep my eyebrows nice and she is always so welcoming.
My eyebrows look so much better than before. I just went in on the off chance and it was no problem. I think the ladys name is Kieran, she is so nice friendly and welcoming. While i was there i asked about eyelash extensions. Kieran done a patch test and i booked an appointment for Thursday. In all it took about an hour for the extensions to be done. I must say iam so pleased with them they look natural and not over the top. Iam really happy i went into B3 Blackfen. No need to go anywhere else!! Thank you so much.

Recently had a lash lift, I am so happy with the results my natural lashes have never looked this good! I’ve been using her services for a few years now to have my eyebrows threaded, waxing and the occasional facial which is also amazing! Would highly recommend as the service is always flawless, friendly and professional ⭐️
Every time that I’ve visited the service has been exceptional! I had my eye lashes done and they lasted longer than I would have thought! Threading has always been impeccable, and the staff are nothing but friendly and professional!
I got my eyelashes done here on multiple occasions as I thought they could redeem themselves with each session. Unfortunately this was not the case. The last straw was when a massive chunk of my natural eyelashes fell out with the extension that they had put in. When I went to complain about it, they gave me excuses but no actual apology. If you are thinking about getting anything done here, don’t.
