   I had my hair coloured and cut by Miriam yesterday, and I can honestly say this is the best colour and cut I’ve had. I had been doing my own box dyes for a while and the colour was too dark, flat and my greys were visible. I had a photo of the hair colour I wanted to achieve, and Miriam did it! She also gave me a wonderful cut and blow dry. I honestly didn’t think I’d get anywhere close to the colour, due to my diy hair dyes, but Miriam is a genius and made me feel amazing. I will not see anyone else now, and vow never to colour my hair myself again!!

   I walked in without an appointment and Mariam restyled my hair with amazing skill. I was transformed. Honestly the best hair cut I have ever had. I can't recommend her hairdressing skills enough. Really good value and a lovely relaxed atmosphere.

   Extremely unprofessional. I was not spoken to when I arrived. Was then just told to take a seat without being asked what I wanted and wasn’t given an estimate of how long the wait would be. The hairdressers were then out the back for around 20 minutes before coming out to both work on the same customer (the customer had to tell them to come out in the first place). They then noticed I was sitting and nudged each other as they obviously had forgotten I was sitting there. They both came and sat on the sofa with me, finally asked what I actually wanted, gave no apology even though I just heard them say they had forgotten I was there (there was only two other people in the shop) and condescendingly smiled at me and asked me to wait longer. They did not seem to know what they were doing and the service was just appalling.

   Got my hair done a lot of times here went blonde from dark hair then balayage then dark hair again in the past years and always had a lovely experience! Most recently, I got keratine blowdry done after the stylist’s recommendation and it absolutely tamed my frizzy hair!

   My wife had recently went to cut her hair and blow dry however the service provided was appalling where the hairdresser had't listen to my wife with regards to the length nor paid attention to it. She had cut it shorter than what she had kindly requested, and tried to charge more than what she had agreed initially. As the shop was getting busier she tried to do a quick job and pay attention to my request. I will not be sending my precious wife to this business and I will share their service to many others with regards to their poor service.
