   Came here yesterday and i was seated straight away. The lovely gentlemen who did my nails was very polite and listened to all my requests and got my nails perfect. Definitely coming back for my infill.

   Not sure why my nail salon has such a low rating... i have been coming here for the past year and they have been nothing but short of wonderful. i do however book in advance and i ask for the same nail technician each month - Fan. We do not talk much but he does a great job, very artistic and always leaves me happy. i tend to go for short acrylics and if i choose a design that wont fit or he does not have the exact colour, he will tell me and i will choose something else. They also have a loyalty scheme which is nice - not that i have used it yet. Anyway, this is not sponsored or anything - i just think they are really good.

   Always a good experience, Fan does an amazing job and I can tell he’s passionate in his craft. Jess is also brilliant, her work is very on trend and her team is highly skilled. Only suggestion is to book in advance, otherwise there can be a wait time but that’s to be expected if you turn up last minute as they’re quite busy generally.

   Very rushed service! I called the shop prior to coming and one of the staff members said to come at 5pm. When I turned up it was really busy so I had to wait 45 mins. More and more customers were coming in, but there were three nail technicians, which was not enough to accommodate. As a result of this they rushed my nails, the acrylic was applied very thick, and the finishing isn’t great. It is bumpy and uneven. I asked for an almond shape however it is very wide and blocky, I had to file my nails down myself at home. Will not be returning.

   Literally the worst gel manicure I’ve ever had. The technician overfiled my nails even though I asked him not to with the electric drill and they are paper thin now. After 1 week the shellac started peeling and my nails breaking. The technician got the shape wrong and I asked him to reshape it to which he was rude and passed me over to his colleague. Horrendous nail salon. Do not use.

   I usually get my nails done here and i’m always usually happy. this time however i’m so disappointed, i got simple french tip acrylics and that’s when the problems started. I had about 4 different people doing my nails and there was no customer service. the man who was painting the small white line on my nails took over one hour to paint it, and he made many mistakes and kept wiping it off multiple times making the nails messy. It has not even been 10 days and one of my nails has already popped off and nearly all my nails are already lifting. Update I went to get my nails fixed, which cost £26 at around 11ish, at 7pm my pinky nail has popped off. I can’t believe that this is the second time and it hasn’t even been 12 hours and a nail has already come off. This is my usual nail salon but now i will not be coming back because this is unacceptable. I would always recommend this place to my friends but now I will be warning them and making sure that they don’t do. The first set of nails cost me £36 and my infill cost £26, all together £62 for my nails not to even last 12 hours??????? Absolutely disgraceful

   I went to go get a foot massage. A customer that was in the shop was just about to leave by the door and stopped me and told me not to go in there. Because she had told me that they left her feet in the water and not bothered to finish her nails. Thank god I didn’t use this shop after seeing the bad reviews. Can’t believe this business is still running

   I had my nails done on the 31st July 2022 at exact 2:30pm my treatment had started. Just before this there were 3 customers left unattended with their feet in the pedicure water, whilst there were 4 customers seated right at the back in the hair salon section waiting to have their treatments done. The 3 ladies who were left unattended with their feet in the water started arguing with the nail technicians in which they had got up and left the salon immediately after being mistreated. I was in two minds on whether I should stay or go because my feet were left in the water too. The customers who were seated at the back on the salon had also started arguing with the nail technicians saying they have been waiting for just over two hours and nothing has been done. In which the nail technicians started prioritising the angry customers. Only one angry customer sat down and the rest 3 had left saying this is the worst salon ever. The gentlemen who had come over to me around 45 mins of me waiting with my feet in the water had rushed me as he seemed in a bad mood and was being very harsh with my nails. He did cut my small toe in which I told him to be less harsh. After my rushed pedicure I had gone over to get my manicure done and was waiting again 32 mins. In the end the manager had come over to me which was a lady and she had done my manicure, again she was rushing the manicure. I had paid 75 pounds for my overall treatment. After taking the pedicure off with a nail remover at home I realised there was a bruise on my toe and this was talking 1 day after as the nail polish was really clumpy and not nice. At this time I did not have time to co tact the salon as I was undergoing a health condition. Recently today on the 3rd December 2022 I had contacted the salon via Instagram and instead of understanding the situation and offering me something they had started to come up with examples of how I could have hurt my nail and how “nonsense” it was. When I had told them I had got my nails on the day they had angry customers they had blocked me. This is awful service this is by far the worst nail salon I have ever been to. If you don’t want a bruise on your nails and you don’t want dents on your finger nails stay away from this salon.

   I went to this salon last week and my experience at this salon was absolutely diabolical. I went there for eyebrow waxing, gel manicure and express gel pedicure. The eyebrow waxing left me with really painful bruising and scabs under my eyebrows. The manicure and pedicure was chipping and lifting badly within a couple of days. When I complained about my painful eyebrows which I sent picture and video evidence of, they refused to refund me unless I go to the salon, or even be apologetic considering the damage they have caused me. Even through I notified them of the legal right I have to a refund under the Consumer Protection act, they still refused and actually hang up on me twice. I was too busy to go back to the salon to rectify a terrible job they have done and also I did not want to give them another opportunity to hurt me again. The customer service, the treatments and the whole experience was just terrible. Please do not go to this salon, I will also be telling everyone I know in the area to not use them. I will be reporting them to the local council as well as trading standards. I attach photos of what they did to me.
