Despite the crazy traffic and the heavy rain, the 2 cars arrived on time and were extremely patient and helpful in getting us into the cars and getting us to the venue on time. Jack was my driver and was very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend and use again for an event. Compared to other corporate cars this service was reasonably priced and the cars were in excellent condition.”

Not only did we have lots of fun visiting his studio and discussing music options with him (and finding out we have a shared passion for Star Wars!) but on the day he was fantastic. The set up looked brilliant, he had our guests up dancing, the children entertained. He also took some amazing photos on the day which we love to look over. Mark is very reliable, friendly always smiling and really added to our special day. We certainly recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ. We had a fantastic night which we will always remember. “Had a fantastic pedicure here in pink of London. They offered me a drink as soon as I sat down, I had a hot chocolate with cream and sprinkles which was lovely. The salon is spotless and staff are all so welcoming. I then came in to get my daughters hair braided by Sophia she made my daughter feel like a princess and she wants to return every weekend! “As the hotel is connected directly to terminal 5 . It makes it easy to do the night before check in, buy any last minute essentials landside, or even have a meal or drink. The room was quiet and comfortable. I had checked in on line so a very quick wait upon arrival for our key, and we were relaxing in our room. Beds comfortable, bathroom a good size. We didn't book breakfast as our flight was at 8am and we didn't want to rush. We grabbed a quick coffee and croissant at the gate, before boarding . Service is quiet and understated, but always consistent. For ease and convenience we would always recommend a stay here.”

“Regular stayer. Pretty much faultless. The rooms are spotless and the housekeeping ladies do an excellent job turning a room around even in busy times. Front of house is a bit dated now but the service provided by the staff is excellent very happy to accommodate even the most tiresome of visitors. Nothing is too small or big for all the staff who are very attentive and have a great positive attitude. Jesvil is very good as the manager, and has his staff/colleages are a tribute to him. Great team. Ultimate Wi-Fi is faultless too.”
