King’s florists are excellent. Melissa really helped out with a short notice delivery on flowers for my mum on her anniversary. They provide great suggestions and arrangements of flowers. Really good quality and service.
I had a disappointing experience with this florist and their communication was very poor - I sent 3 emails and made a number of calls before getting a response regarding my undelivered flowers. I ordered flowers for my elderly nan for her birthday - on the day of delivery, I called at 4pm to see where the delivery was and spoke to a woman (who couldn't wait to get off the phone to me) who said they were "on their way" and they there was "lots of traffic". I called my nan the next day and the flowers had not arrived. I called the florist and a different woman said she couldn't help me and she would ask someone else to call me back the next day (she didn't know why my emails had not been responded to). I finally got a call back 3 days after the flowers were due to be delivered, and a different woman said that my order had gone to spam and they had not seen my order - they offered to send flowers that day or provide a refund (I opted for the refund). Luckily these flowers had not been for a funeral however, having lost 2 children and her husband this year, the lack of delivery of nice flowers on my nan's birthday was significant. I would not recommend or use this florist again.
I needed flowers to be delivered for my mums birthday before a certain time. Kings were so helpful to me and delivered exactly on time for me. I've used kings several times now. The flowers are always beautiful, and the customer service is great. They always go the extra mile. Thankyou very much
