Cleanliness is an afterthought here. Came today and it was infested with flies. A lady getting her nails done had flies all over her back and hands and had to sit through that. If you can go somewhere much cleaner please do, it’s disgusting in here
Never would or will I recommend this place to anyone. Went for a Pedicure to have my feet in cold water for 5min told my feet are ready!!! No spa etc but wanted to charge me £30 for the back massage. While i was there 2 ladies came in to complain about their nails. The Owner should be ashamed of her self......
I used to be a regular customer for facials but they kept changing their prices until one day she ripped me off so badly, I never returned. The price increased by £10 in 2 weeks so clearly they charge the person, not the job. Nail tech is awful too. I used to visit for convenience but now I'd rather the hassle of travel just to go somewhere else!
Hy,I did my arm wax there ( that was my biggest mistake) .they peeled out my skin .that was my worst wax experience in my life..I'm very disappointed with service. I never go there again in my life .
Got my hair coloured today by a stylist called umeida was recommended by a friend. I’m so happy with the colour. Also got my waxing and eyebrows done by a lovely beautician called Asha. Great place would definitely recommend it.
The lady that did my nails was very kind and did the exact same design I originally wanted. She was also very gentle and she is very talented. I'm sorry I do not know her name but she does nails. I recommend this shop for anyone who loved nails. I will definitely be coming back next time when I'll want my nails done.
DO NOT DO YOUR LASHES HERE! I had semi permanent lashes done here for an event. I was so disappointed with the outcome and service by the staff! I do not believe people who work there know what they are doing. on top of that they are ridiculously rude! I had such bad comments about the lashes to the point i had to pull them out myself the next morning before i attended the event! I wasted my money and my own lashes in the process! Please please do not do lashes here. i don't even want to give these people 1 star!
