   Very useless. I got a text saying my parcel was ready for pickup. I went there and they couldn’t find it. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I asked them to send it to me once they find it, after spending 3 hours waiting. I was told it would incur a £15 charge. Really? After paying for the shipping fee. It was their fault they couldn’t locate it when I got there. I left without my goods that I needed for a wedding. It’s not their fault - once bitten, twice shy. I shouldn’t have let the 2nd time happen. Don’t use them for shipping. It’s a Nigerian business that doesn’t value customers. I witnessed many customers upset about not receiving their goods too. As Nigerians we excuse chaotic and disorderly businesses - we say it’s a Nigerian thing. It shouldn’t continue to be that way. The world is developing - we don’t need to stay where we are.
