   Terrible quality, for extortionate prices. Multiple Thousands of pounds and its chipped, missing pieces and uneven. Not to mention damage done to my walls. Go to ikea and save yourself time and money.

   The Wren Kitchen Trap: Be Warned. Wren delivered all my kitchen supplies yesterday. Today they called me to tell me that Lukasz the kitchen fitter has been taken off the job and they have no fitter to provide me for any time soon. They also then asked if he'd quoted me for all the supplementary work, to which I told them he should have passed it on. Turns out he hasn't done any of that. I assume he hasn't even bothered to get the quotes done. I am now stuck with a garage full of Wren kitchen supplies with no kitchen fitting date. They have nobody to provide me for weeks, if not months. I can't get a refund and go elsewhere because in locked into a contract. Once Wren have your money and a signed contract it doesn't matter to them how they treat you. Adam (my salesman) has promised to do things for me more than once, only for me to never hear back from him - which is crazy because he was always very quick to respond before he took my money... I beg anybody to go for an independent contractor and avoid Wren like the plague. I've had nothing but headaches. Wren are crooked. I thought that the horror stories must just be because you're bound to get some bad experiences when you sell so many kitchens nationally per week, but it seems to be that good stories are the rarity. Edit: Do not believe the owner response. They are doing nothing to resolve this for me. Over a week later and they still have no fitter. It appears as though I'll need to get a refund on the fitting and find my own installer/fitter. If they were TRULY trying to do something for me, they'd contact me themselves. They have my name, email address, home address and phone number...

   I have had a great experience with Marcin. He was very knowledgeable and professional, predicting a lot of potential issues, and giving priceless advice on space and design solutions. The showroom has a lot of kitchens on display, split into 2 floors.

   I generally knew what I wanted out of my new kitchen so from the moment I had my first meeting with a wren representative until completion I cannot fault the company. Within 20 minutes I could see what my kitchen would look like through virtual reality and everything went smoothly without any problems from there. Over the moon with the end result and would definitely recommend wren to everyone if you're thinking of getting a new kitchen.
