I buy maybe one thing every 5 years from here, and it always manages to be something that causes stress and financial loss. Purchased bike lights from here, fitted them according to the instructions yet the back one came off in transit and now they give me a refund because I don’t have said item. Work that one out. Their poor light wouldn’t stay on my bike, serve its purpose, and fell off because of this, but I’m expected to bring this item in? Load of rubbish. Avoid this cheap company with no contact number.
