   A young woman called Issy was a tremendous help on Monday, I was looking for a water spray, she searched the shelves cos she had seen a couple on the shelf that morning. She found me shopping in the store to say she had found a discarded one on another shelf. Well done Issy your a star

   Went today to buy tete a tete bench and table set. 2 man lift package, so asked for assistance. Very nice man (Carl) loaded it into our trolley and then took us through the till and out to our car and loaded it in. Very grateful. Cheers.

   In this store, they threaten you calling the police for speaking the truth and being overcharged now. I did a shopping in this store today at 10:30am and had a very unpleasant experience I felt completely disrespected and insulted, I wish to never more go back in that store. I bought 11 boxes of Fox biscuits for the price of £2,25 (total expected £24,75, se attached picture), however, it was charged me £3,79 (total of 41,69) but I didn't noticed in the first moment so, I took the biscuits at home and realised only there that I was overcharged. I came back to the store with the receipt only. A lady with white and short hair served me, she was already not in a good mood, she went to check the price and noticed something was not right indeed, she asked me to bring the biscuits, there was not apologises, no “Sorry sir” just “You need to bring the boxes”. I had to drive back home, spend time and petrol, and drove back, and not the mention I was going to be late for the swimming class of my daughter. When I arrived in the store, I stood right next to the till of that lady. She finished serving another person and when I was about to be served, she started serving another person then I said: “Excuse me, I was here first”, then she said “I cant serve you because I started to serve the another person”, again there was no sorry or apologises just very unprofessional, then I replied: “ok, you make me to spend time and petrol and that’s it”. She had to straight face to say: “If you behave like that I wont serve you.” then obviously I spoke quite annoyed saying she commits a mistake and I pay the price for it and for my surprise she and the another lady on the till threatened me saying they were going to call the police. I didn’t do ANY verbal or physical aggression and they threatened me calling the police? For what? For speaking the truth about my time, money and being overcharged? I thought this an absurd and extremely disrespectful.

   Occasionally go in here to purchase what I require. Have had no problem there at all. Whenever I have needed help from the staff, they have always been willing to help and are always smiling. Yes, there have been times when I have not able to find what I require and the staff have been good about it and tell me if they have them in stock or not. Good service and reasonable prices as well.
