Visited here yesterday for a manicure and pedicure and was not disappointed. Zen atmosphere, friendly staff and very thorough at what they do.
The massage I got from Syma, is by far one of the best I have tried in London, and I have been in a few places, sometimes thinking that the more expensive it it the better the experience. Syma has some amazing hands and lot of experience so after a massage with her you literally feel like new. Highly recommended her services and her this place as it’s worth every penny spend inside. I will be a returning customer.
I have very mixed feelings about the service I received today. On arrival the salon appeared clean and calm and the staff were friendly. I had some concerns about how my details were to be stored, which we were able to resolve by me providing the bare minimum. The treatment room was very narrow but well set out and clean. The massage couch was not set up as I had expected (I am a qualified therapist) I had expected a couch cover, towel and then paper, there was only paper. The throw that was used to cover me during the treatment, appeared to have a stain on it (in fairness, if it's oil it would be hard to get out). The massage ( Deep tissue ) was good overall, however, I was very concerned when the therapist applied pressure over my spine, the third time I asked her not to massage over my spine. I was surprised it had happened at all, as the spine is a no go area for pressure, and there's a lot of pressure in deep tissue massage. The facial was very thorough and my skin certainly felt good afterwards. The accompanying head and shoulder massage was overly firm and left me with a thumping headache. It wasn't quite the relaxing and rejuvenating experience I had hoped for. I scored 3 stars as I felt the staff were friendly, the salon clean and calm, but the heavy handedness of the head massage, massaging over the spine and the absence of a couch cover and towel, I felt, let it down. These are things that can be rectified and I wish them well for the future.
I come here for pedicures and various massages- the ladies are lovely, always accommodating when possible and always do a fantastic job! Very relaxing atmosphere. Throughly recommend to anyone!
I have been having my shellac pedicure, manicure, waxing, eyebrow shape and tint for several years. The staff are very friendly and nothing is not too much trouble. It has a very relaxing atmosphere and spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend Essential Beauty.
The ladies here are so friendly and make you feel at easy. I drive over an hour to come here.
Fabulous establishment. Very professional and very clean. It's now a regular stop of mine when visiting London. Very friendly staff and really great service. If your do intend to visit make sure to make an appointment as they tend to have a full calendar and will turn away walkin rather than rush through appointments, respect ladies keep doing the great work you do. Absolutely brilliant service every time I visit this place for a pedicure. The staff are excellent and their treatments are expertly carried out. Reasonable prices too, and a lovely calm atmosphere inside. Highly recommend booking!
Best manicure & paint I've had in ages. It wasn't rushed and my nails were carefully and precisely looked after. The non gel paint is now just showing signs of wear and that's after a week, normally I have to repaint after a couple of days x
First experience coming here, had a pedicure, manicure and eyebrow wax. The two ladies who serviced me were very nice and accommodating to me and my baby. The variety and price list is reasonable. I think I've found a nice little gem nearby. I also liked the calm environment.
