Wilko is the shop where you think you've looked everywhere for that obscure item and you just about give up hope and then you remembered what about WILKOS!!! For that reason alone you gotta give them the stars. Staff in particular store where very nice also.

Well i wont be using this store again as very little stock hardly any staff .when finally found a member of staff he was texting on his phone no customer service what so ever.when i asked him if they had any more decorations he jst said no.didnt even look up.no wonder it was empty.had any wreaths
Went in to look for plastic container for keeping loose biscuits in. I did buy one but it was smaller than I wanted and had four sealing tabs, when I wanted just two. The ship is well set out with helpful signage and the staff are polite. .
It's obviously new and shiny seen as others reviewed like this. Problem is, the range they have is miniscule compared to so many other branches. I've been in there that often and walked out empty handed that the security guard must think I just go in to use the aircon for a little bit
Phoned edge lane store requiring over an item that they have online. The young men was really polite and very helpful. He went to look for my item. When he came back he told me that unfortunately they did not have any in store, he then goes on to say, ‘I have checked if any of the other stores have any’ he goes on to tell me that there were 2 stores both with in 3-4 miles drive where I could get the item and how many each store had. Very very helpful. Thank you to that young man.
