   I've been going to Leyla for years and she’s amazing at what she does. I always get the Queen B set and it turns out perfect every time. My lashes look full, clean, and last really well. Leyla is super friendly, professional, and makes you feel comfortable. The space is always clean and relaxing. I always leave feeling great. Highly recommend Browbabe if you're looking for beautiful, long-lasting lashes!

   I attended Browbabe for a little pamper day for my birthday and holiday. I got my eyelashes done with Georgia S and she was so lovely and welcoming. Georgia was lovely during the appointment and my lashes look incredible, ready for my holiday. I also got my eyebrows shaped and tinted by Emma. They look amazing. I told Emma I was worried because I had a bad experience elsewhere but she made them look perfect. Not only am I holiday ready but I felt amazing on my birthday because of these two lovely ladies!

   I have individual classic lashes done by the lovely Leyla, and she is amazing. so gentle, professional, and makes sure I’m comfortable the whole time. My lashes always look beautiful, natural, and exactly how I want them. She has such a great eye for detail and really knows her craft. I also have brow lamination with Georgia, and I’m beyond impressed with the results! She completely transforms my brows they look fuller, more defined, and still natural. Georgia is super friendly and explains everything she is doing, which makes the whole process relaxing and enjoyable. The entire team are incredibly welcoming and warm from the moment you walk in. You can tell everyone there genuinely cares about their clients and loves what they do. Such a positive atmosphere . Highly recommend!

   I had quite possibly the worst customer experience of my life here. I booked an eyebrow lamination and attended with my daughter. When I walked into the salon I immediately did not feel welcome. There was no hello just straight away, we do not allow children in here, they will not be able to do the treatment and will be charging me 50% regardless. They were extremely rude, no attempt of trying to book me another appointment. Complete lack of empathy and kindness. I have reviewed their website, there are no T&Cs let alone a mention of not allowing children. I accept no children is mentioned on the booking confirmation (which I didn’t notice beforehand) but this is after the booking is made and payment details are taken. I understand why they couldn’t serve me in the end, but to charge me when someone made a genuine mistake or try to book another appointment is wholly unreasonable. I am a busy working mum who did not read the small print of their booking confirmation. Their priority is money, they have no regard for customer experience or their feelings. I even tried to email them afterwards to resolve matters. They did not respond, they just charged my card. Do not come here and spend your money. There are much better salons and small businesses out there who actually care about you and not just your £.

   I had Russian lip filler with nurse Elizabeth, she was very informative, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable from the start. Also to mention, I’ve had lip filler previously that was quite painful but with nurse Elizabeth I hardly felt it!! Would definitely recommend! will be back in no time x

   Amazing salon - looks stunning inside....ultra modern, clean, glamorous and very tastefully done. The staff were lovely - so friendly, warm and welcoming. I felt completely comfortable in their care and Kayleigh was wonderful. I didn't have a clue what I wanted and couldn't even remember what I chose when booking. So she showed me an album of some of her work and I was able to select something that she could replicate. It was so relaxing that I could have fallen asleep....I was floating afterwards - a great feeling of calm. I will never go anywhere else - get booked in ladies, you won't regret it! A real gem of a place - 5-stars all day long.

   I have been coming to Shannon for my lips since 2018, she’s the only person I’d ever trust & always gives me the most honest opinion. I’ve also been to her for my spmu eyebrows and again wouldn’t go Anywhere else. Always feel so welcomed and comfortable in the salon and with Shannon just an all in all good experience! Would give more than 5 stars if possible!
