Slight problem with a product over the 2024 Christmas period so I sent an email expecting a delay due to seasonal holidays, 2 days later I received a replacement via 1st class post, absolutely fantastic customer service

I purchased one of this companies Skylo dual flush syphons for a repair from my local builders merchants. The instructions included were very clear and it's a well thought out and easy to install component. I had a slight issue with the fitting and contacted Viva customer service who it's fair to say we're brilliant. They phoned me back very quickly and sorted the issue I had. Thank you Viva for the sort of service that's generally lacking today. I wouldn't hesitate to use this brand again.
