   As a Medivet customer for many years I had to bring my elderly cat as he was quite unwell. The service was brilliant, kind,professional caring vets and staff. My cat is so much better after having procedures and I was made aware of all his blood results. Couldn't have wished for better care. Thank you to all the staff at this excellent surgery.

   Had my cat registered here since 2015 and they’ve always been great, however they keep giving him the wrong worming treatment he’s allergic to despite being reminded of this at every visit. Please be more aware of this for future. I’ve had to pay for postage for the correct treatment to be sent out.

   Our cat Walter was registered here for his first 18 months. We have always been really happy with the care here. Walter unfortunately had a bit of a bad stretch of health and has been very looked after by caring staff who have equally taken care of me and my worries! We only left this practice due to a house move, and hope we find another vet of the same standard. Thanks again!

   This practice has no intention of assisting with the pets needs. Vet did not complete the check on the health problem requested but proceeded to try to sell vetinary food and medication for a historic skin allergy which already had a protocol. Raised a complaint with the way this was done, with numerous staff dipping in and out of the email leading to lack of understanding of my query. Upon getting a breakdown of the vet bill, we find charges for something we did not need and have not received. Upon querying this, we get a prescription emailed to us for said item, and a refusal for refund even though we expressed we do not need this. The staff member talked loudly over me and had no intention of understanding our position. Extremely, extremely upset and angry. No service and charged for things we did not need or want. Criminal.
