   Waxing and pedicure with Carly. Amazing! First time visit and the welcome was friendly professional and sincere! Carly instantly put me at ease which is brilliant as it can be daunting walking into a salon for the first time. We were laughing like old friends within 5 minutes. The treatments were exceptional! Efficient and professional, Carly is a perfectionist! Oh, and the foot massage was to die for! I highly recommend you pay a visit. I will definitely be returning.

   They cut my hair fine but the razor they used cut my neck in several places. They did not tell me about this and tried to hide it by leaving my hair down. Edit: I understand and hope this does not happen again. The actual haircut was very good. What I don’t understand tho is that multiple people where watching me get my haircut and no-one stoped the barber who was cutting into my neck. Also why didn’t he stop when he saw scratches and blood on my neck.

   Carly is the best beauty therapist I’ve ever seen. From the moment I walk in and get greeted by the lovely Chloe , to the second I leave I feel looked after , listened to and totally at ease. I can’t recommend the therapy suit enough to people. Lashes have never been better ! Chloe’s manicure are out this world in 3 weeks in without a chip that unheard of for me! I love them all !

   What a great salon located so close the the Albany Park train station, so very convenient. Fabulous receptionist/ owner who look after me well from the start. Nothing was too much from where to park to settling me in with drinks and friendly chat. Excellent products, advise, treatments and in such a fun, friendly environment. Love this place!

   Wow what a lovely salon. Fabulous receptionist who look after me. Nothing was too much from where to park to settling me in with drinks and friendly chats. Hair stylist was professional and her advise on my hair made me feel I was in good hands. I also had nails treatment which was excellent and I was looked after exceptionally well. Excellent products, advise, treatments and in such a fun, friendly environment. Love this place!!! Well done ladies just what we all need. Will be back!!❤️

   The Therapy Suite is a wonderful place for getting your nails, hair, waxing, eyebrows ... the list goes on ... done. You are made to feel welcome, the staff do not judge and are genuinely pleased to see you if it’s your first visit or you are a seasoned regular. They keep up the tradition of the ‘hairdresser’ but with the added bonus of catering for all your beauty needs. I love the atmosphere and if you are going out and need a good blow dry ask for Louise. Her blow drys are legendary!!! New therapies are being added to their repertoire all the time. Next time you are near Albany Park or you just need a new look pop in - you will not be disappointed!!

   Could not recommend Therapy Suite any more, very clean and comfortable environment with the most amazing people working there, I’m always offered a cup of tea when I go for either a sunbed or a haircut, the ladies have a genuine interest in how you’re doing. I get my hair cut by either Louise or Chloe and they are simply the best stylists I’ve ever come across, from how they cut my hair to the work I’ve seen them produce, wouldn’t even think about going elsewhere! And for an added bonus, it’s very affordable!! 10/5 stars!

   I have my nails, hair and brows done here regularly. I have frequented many salons over the years from very high end Mayfair salons to local salons and I can say in all honesty that this is the best salon I have used. My nails have never been stronger; I get lots of compliments on my eyebrows and Louise is the best hairdresser ever to work on my hair. I have been to Robert Fielding, John Frieda, Nicholson & Griffin et al, plus countless local salons over the years, but Lou is the best. I cannot recommend this salon enough.
