Highly recommend Kelsey! After calling every salon in Sidcup to try and get a last minute wash and blow dry, Kelsey was very accommodating and squeezed me in! So so generous of her. Salon is stunning and Kelsey was so lovely to speak with! Will absolutely look to return. :)) Hannah.
Kelsey is incredible. First appointment in a year. My hair was ridiculous. Dead ends, felt heavy and constantly getting tangled. My 6 month old constantly tries to put it in his mouth and loves having his hands in my hair. Kelsey has given me a new cut that's easy to manage and just feels renewed. Highly recommend
Absolutely phenomenal experience at this salon. Kelsey is kind, dedicated, and just brilliant at her craft. This is the only salon I've been to that has given me the exact haircut and style that I've desired. The optional head massage was a lovely touch, too. The blow-dry at the end was simply gorgeous. Thoroughly looking forward to my future appointments here.

Nicole is a wonderful Hairdresser. She makes you feel and ease and really takes a lot of care. She never rushes but is quick and efficient. I love getting my hair done by Nicole.
I love coming to the salon. Kelsey is a lovely professional stylist, makes me feel welcome and at ease every time I visit. I’m happy with my colour and cut and would recommend anyone who enjoys getting the hair done in relaxing salon environment.
As a new customer I was shocked! Terrible management & customer service!! Would definitely not go back or recommend to anyone. As a new customer my experience was disgraceful: Was very clear I only had 30 minutes for a manicure...was told it would be fine, so agreed to the appointment. I asked how much it would be & was told there would be a discount for new customers. All good. After this was then told they had got the price wrong and the price had gone up. It was just a bit extra so confirmed that was fine. Sat down & asked if a french manicure would be ok and was told that would be fine and there would also be no extra charge. 40 minutes later it still wasn't communicated to me how much longer it would take...was forced to leave during the appointment to rush to the car to avoid getting a ticket and leaving my child stranded (who would also be meeting me by the car). After the stress of having to find another parking spot nearby and returning to the salon with my child, the manager approached me.... I automatically assumed she'd come to apologise, however she rudely told me that I would have to pay a few pounds extra as I took too long!!! NO WORDS. They are only after your pennies (literally) and do not put their customers first. At least the lady who actually did my nails apologised and explained that she hadn't done a french manicure in awhile and that's why it took a bit longer, she did a great finish - it's a shame her tip went to the greedy unprofessional management.
went for an apprentice hair cut. amazing service and lovely atmosphere! something so small but i really appreciate being called by my name throughout the appointment :) definitely recommend kelsey and emily were lovely xx
I have been using Studio 11 for a few years now - I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Kelsey is such a great stylist ans colourist and both she and Sunita are very warm and welcoming. Sunita’s beauty treatments are first class.
