   After a roofer failed to complete a job on my house I was left with no choice but to try and complete the job myself. BBRS have given good advice throughout the job and helped me no end. Staff are friendly and happy to help and advise on exactly what I needed rather than just selling me items I don’t need. Materials are good quality and very reasonably priced compared to others in the area and even online. I’ve placed at least 6 or 7 orders now with them and won’t go anywhere else. Thanks again for all your help and top customer service!

   Paid for and was advised to get a steel beam to support house when wall was removed. Turned out a beam was not needed after all but was refused any refund following their bad and wrong advice. Would never use again. You might as well ask your mate in the pub for structural advice!
