Expected delivery yesterday at the latest. Still no sign of delivery. Very poor first experience. Won't be ordering again.
Staff were really nice and very helpful
Went into the Liverpool one & other stories twice today to be mocked by the manager Abby who couldn’t deal with my query due to being a 15 minute job and it’s a busy day ‘weekend before Christmas’ which it’s not. She alienated me and made me feel insignificant like I wasn’t a paying customer, a customer who regularly shops at & other stories. Very unprofessional, very rude and wasted my time for what seemed laughs with colleagues. Asked me to come back to store when she is less busy or more staff to resolve my issue. As a manager your customer service should be paramount, as without us you wouldn’t have a job. Please be aware when purchasing anything from here as they have their own rules. Flabbergasted with the arrogance, attitude and lies Abby was spouting
I had a lovely time browsing here the other day, and a young lady ( I think her name was Chloe )helped me with what to get and gave me recommendations she was so polite and friendly she is a real credit to your store. She really made my day! ✨
