   Fantastic customer service by Ryan in store. We had already ordered samples through the website, before our visit to the branch. This made it much easier when deciding what we wanted in store. Ryan was really helpful and attentive, dealing with our questions and I couldn’t recommend Topps Tiles Aintree enough.

   I visited this tile shop twice before placing my order, and both experiences were excellent. A big thank you to Andy and the team for their time and patience in helping us explore different tile options. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and never made us feel rushed. We were especially grateful for the thoughtful gesture of providing a quiet and private space so we could change and feed our newborn in comfort during our visit. It made a real difference and showed how much they genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend this shop for the quality of their products and the outstanding service we received.

   Fantastic staff, always really helpful, help bring heavy stuff out to the car, always very knowledgeable and FRIENDLY (which counts for a lot when I’m in the process of my first Renovation with not much knowledge of what I should be doing). All great products as well at Topps. My tiler always insists on their products, so you know you’re getting quality as well.
