   I usually get excellent service at Speke but today I went in to purchase among other things Soudal repair express cement grey, item 72284, despite there being plenty on the shelves the assistant said she could not sell me it as it wasn't loaded onto the system I pointed out there was plenty on the shelves but she said no she couldn't sell it despite it being in stock. I find this a strange way to run a business and why could she not load it onto the system or get somebody else to load it. Very disappointed with the service today.

   Ordered an item on Monday last week was told it would be in the following day,. Got a txt to say it’s not arriving and to bare with them, went Wednesday to get a refund so I could go elsewhere for the item only to be told I can’t have a refund till the item comes into the store, it’s now Friday and not one bit of communication from them, this has now put me at a halt on my job, I can’t go buy the item until I’ve got the refund as this was the last of my funds which are now tied up in Toolstation, I’m so annoyed that this was not explained to me when I purchased the item, I will definitely be taking this further if my item is not here by Monday, an absolute shambles of a service

   Easy to collect from having just placed order today. Unfortunately they could not find the shower head I ordered but were very apologetic and able to swap it out for a similar product. I will use here again if they have what I need.
