Ashlie is a wonder - a fantastic, experienced colourist and so welcoming and friendly. She understood what I wanted and did a great job. She has a plan for improving condition, length and colour over time. As if that weren't enough, her rates are reasonable too!

I have been going to lockets salon since it very first opened and I can honestly say, I have never left feeling disappointed. The owner Lucy, is very professional, accommodating and quite frankly the best at what she does. It’s the perfect salon experience!
Rude & unprofessional. Worst service I've ever experienced anywhere in my life. Ruined my hair and just got an oh well and a shrug. Think his name may have been John. I asked for something totally different to what was put on my head, all I got back after was that what I asked for wouldn't have been achieved in the time he had... Silly me for thinking that would just mean he would not take my appointment, instead he just dumped anything he could find on me, then had the cheek to say that the mess he created was better then what it was before. He had that little time for my appointment I was just rushed to a Basin, showered in toner, blow dried and left damp then thrown out the chair. Standing there examining the horror to what my hair had become and left there standing to cry, when I confronted him on why the colour was literally the opposite to what I had asked for and so visibly patchy, he just said oh well there's nothing he can do. Vile bloke. Picture attached taken in the salon straight after.
Had a lovely blow-dry here by the pregnant lady (sorry forgot her name) she completed what I requested and was very chatty and polite, nice place to visit.
