   DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE! If you love your life do not come to this store they will ruin your day. I thought supporting a black owned business was a good thing until I came to this store. The customer service is poor and the Black woman that owns the store is very rude and arrogant. She and her accomplices give you death stares as soon as you enter. When you are looking for your product they will stand in the middle of the aisle looking you dead in your eye with no shame just to make sure you don’t steal.

   The lady who I assume owns this shop is very rude. I have had countless encounters with her along with her bad behaviour towards all her customers. The way she treats her customers so poorly has been going on for years, I understand why everyone in the area prefers the other local hair shop which is 2 minutes away from this shop. It is a shame as her shop has amazing products that the other shop does not have. However I will not be going to a shop where the owner secretly over charges you for items, and picks and chooses how she wants to treat you. My mother in law came to this shop, and was treated horribly by the woman who owns the shop. Everybody in the local area agrees the way this woman treats her customers is absolutely disgusting. For your own sake, and if you do not want your day ruined, DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP.

   AVOID this shop I have come a few times now and it’s closed there opening times are useless they don’t arrive at 9am like stated roll up at 11am and close when they feel like it this is so unprofessional they also leave products out the bag but still charge you I’ve watched several clients leave this morning as they are not opened as they state on there website AVOID this shop poor management

   I had called the shop 2 hours before closing. The employee agreed that they would be closing earlier before closing as it started that they close at 5 on Sunday's but will close at 16:30. I had reached the shop at 16:00. The employee had conveniently left the shop earlier than agreed. What is the point on speaking to customers who are looking to patronise your business then you leave? This is poor management of the store and it does not speak well of how you conduct business. I WILL NEVER come back to shop for products as the owner and employees only have the shop for aesthetics. Appalling

   The woman was very rude and shouts at her customers she also left out one of the hair products that I bought and didn’t put it in the bag. When I came the following day she gave me my hair product and didn’t even say sorry. She has too much attitude.However on the other hand, there products in the shop are very good and they have reasonable prices

   I love this store. They had every single thing you could need. I went in to buy hair mouse, ended up leaving with an aloe vera gel thats sold for £7 online on amazon and in other hair shops but was £5.. the prices are very reasonable and I ended up buying so many things I needed because the owners were super friendly and were very helpful in helping me find other items I was interested in.
