Lovely staff, Lucy listened to all my concerns about both of my cats and was very reassuring. I also highly recommend the pet plan they offer!
My dogs are 6 now and have been under Lymm vets since they were 8+ weeks old. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They know my dogs well, understand their personalities, and remember their histories. Always great customer service to both humans and pets alike! All the staff are so caring and you can tell that they love what they do.
Had to get some tablets from them rather than online, for which I normally pay £26 for 30 tablets. I was charged £39 for 10 tablets! I expected a premium, but that is unbelievable.

Coco had an operation at the Lymm branch and the care was wonderful. She had a choice of baskets, type of food and was given lots of love and care. The staff were all really informative, helpful and dealt with most of the insurance claim for us! They were very loving towards Coco. We would highly recommend!

The team at willows are amazing. You can tell all the staff love animals and have animals and want to make sure that your pets are looked after.

The practice has a warm and friendly atmosphere. The receptionists, nurses and vets are all competent and helpful. My vet, Diane is extremely good at handling my large dogs and I have every confidence in her diagnoses and treatment.
