   Went there Yesterday for the first time to do my eyebrows, asked for Arched shape and the lady was unable to do it, she did round despite my request and was arguing that she was a professional and knew better completely ignoring my request. Plus she used wax and made a mess on my face, I left with one messed up eyebrow, and went somewhwere else wherein she listened to what I wanted and did her best to correct her messed up work. Never again. Worst experience and salon

   Utterly terrible. DO NOT GO HERE FOR MASSAGE. Booked my partner in for a relaxing massage after a stressful week.. dirty, no towels, the bed was squeezed into a cupboard size room with one side up against a wall.. The woman giving the treatment clearly didn’t have a clue what she was doing and wasn’t trained, the door was left ajar - no privacy, when my partner said she wasn’t happy, another woman came in to try! As a trained masseuse I am appalled. This shouldn’t be offered as a service at this salon. They are clearly ill equipped. Save your money. Go elsewhere.

   I used this salon for the first time today. Very helpful and friendly. It was nice to see the lady training someone up while I happened to be in there, in a very calm and detailed manner. Very fair on pricing. Could have charged me for a treatment that I didn't really need yet at the time but said from the start that they would touch small bits up but wouldn't charge for it and so only charged me for one treatment. Asked if I was happy afterwards before I left shop. Overall very good service and would use again. Thank you. Only thing I would recommend to the is maybe some head rests for their chairs to make any treatment more comfortable.
