   Get my hair done here all the time by Amy the best hairdresser I have ever had so good in fact that I didn't want to post this review ok in case she gets so popular I won't be able to get appointments! I also get some beauty treatments done by Jordan herself and the whole team and experience is fantastic and well priced considering how great they are, they could charge more.

   Visited the salon after a year off treatments but standards and cleanliness is top notch as always! Lisa's waxing technique still on point and my back & chest done in 36 mins! Thanks again and hopefully back near close of 2024 to have another treatment! Highly recommend especially for the guys!

   This was my third time getting my hair cut by Amy and as always she was amazing, she's friendly and always does a great job on my hair, loved the cut and bouncy blow dry, like another review said-she is very knowledgeable about products and knows what to recommend, thanks again!

   Initially had an appointment with the lash tech at the salon and then continued to book with her. However she is very unprofessional. On one of my appointments i turned up at my appointment time outside the salon to only see that it is closed, after contacting her she asked me to come to her home. On my most recent booking, I booked an appointment with her, she didnt turn up herself and ignored my messages and phone calls since. Not really good for clientele and very poor customer service, giving the salon a poor name and now reluctant to get any services from them.

   £120 spent on mine and my 2 daughter's gel nail extensions. Looked lovely but so poorly done. In less than 3 days mine all broke bar 2, my girls all fell off - one of them just ran her fingers through her hair and lost 2 nails! (Her hair is thin and was in no way tangled).Salon weren't interested, blamed us, not their poor application. Terrible customer service, which is a shame cos they came across as quite friendly when they were doing them. Never going back. Most worrying thing - this is a training place!

   Had microdermabrasion and the staff were very welcoming and friendly, the salon is nice and clean, the treatment was carried out very professional and not rushed, I found the therapist very understanding with good knowledge and after the treatment my face looked so fresh. I noticed over the days my skin was looking fresher and friends had noticed too. I had a microdermabrasion 4 years ago and it left my skin in a bad way and the diamond tip was very abrasive so I had stayed away from it but when I had heard about this new machine which uses crystals and read up about it I must say I was very pleased and the price is affordable and I will be going again for more. Thank you.
