   Had my first ever treatment at this lovely clinic for skin tag removal, and it was a great experience. Nazia is amazing, patient, kind, and incredibly reassuring. I was a little nervous, but she helped calm me down and did an excellent job. I’m truly grateful and feel she went above and beyond. The treatment was quick and she was very professional. The rest of the staff were also wonderful. If you're thinking about it, just go for it! Thank you again, and you’ll definitely see me back for a facial. I also appreciated the great skincare tips to help prevent future issues.

   I recently had my 3rd session for HydraFacial at sumailas Upminster branch, and overall, the experience was impressive. The treatment is gentle, relaxing, and surprisingly effective for a single session. Unlike traditional facials that rely on manual extractions, the HydraFacial uses a vortex-suction device to cleanse, exfoliate, and hydrate the skin, making the process feel cleaner and less irritating. My treatment was done by amber she was very professional and gentle, she had complete knowledge on this treatment. After a few days, I noticed my skin was smoother texture reduced congestion in my T-zone more even tone overall healthier-looking skin Will definitely recommend sumailas for these treatments.    Such a friendly place to go to for treatments. The staff are very welcoming and chat away through every visit. I am currently going for laser hair removal, right from the 1st consultation and through every appointment the staff have talked me through everything and offered additional skin care advice. Cannot recommend them enough! Even for a simple eyebrow shaping!

   Elli was amazing thoroughly recommend her. Brilliant highlights and cut. I love that I wasn’t just passed to a junior but Eli actually worked on my hair the whole way through washing, highlighting, doing the toner and conditioner and it really paid off. I travel now 6 hours to come and see her and only found the salon by accident. Thoroughly recommend it

   I’ve been coming here for a few months now for and have no complaints. Staff are always really friendly and polite and the salon is always super clean. The manicures and pedicure I’ve had here are always very neat and the staff are thorough. Feels like a proper pamper. The lash lift and tint I received here was also great and lasted a long time!
