Had a carpet installed by these guys last year in a bedroom and was happy with the results, so was out first and only choice for our living room carpet, and I have to say we're very happy once again with the service. Four days from ordering to installation and that included a bank holiday weekend. So, after having huge issues with the floors in our bungalow and the flooring that had been fitted to the kitchen only a year ago, we approached A&R cautiously. The owners came to the house and did the measure up and explained the cause of the issues we were having. We then called to the showroom and were given all the samples we wanted without any guarantee of them even getting a sale at this point. We have gone back and forth for over 5 months and not once did we get any pressure of the owners, just help and advice. We then had a visit from the actual fitters. What a nice pir of guys and very informative. So this week it was D day and I have to say we weren’t looking forward to it after having two floors fitted in the kitchen previously by another so called specialty company. We left the fitters a key to simply get on with the job with a proposed 3 day fitting time line.walked in tonight 2 days later and the job is complete. WOW, what a fantastic job. Clean tidy and attention to detail. The floors look amazing and we couldn’t be happier. Excellent price excellent service excellent products but above all an outstanding customer service mindset. Can’t thank you guys enough you never gave the impression once that you couldn’t be bothered with us despite us constantly changing our minds. Once again a huge Thankyou and 100 marks out of 10 for your fitters superb attitude and quality fit, they even cleaned up.
