The rooms are dismal and plain the walls are dirty with scribble on and food only a few of the rooms have TVs in the hotel doesn't provide a TV there's a kettle in your room but no milk or sugar or tea or coffee provided the carpet was stained in the room me and my partner shared the fridge I couldn't use as it was not plugged in and when opened door it was mouldy badly and smelled rancid I sellotape it shut and put a sign on the door they don't provide linen for your bed the blinds don't close properly and the window didn't close or locked the set of 3 draws was busted handles broken no bin mouldy shower door and shower doesn't fit so you have to hold the shower head to get a shower tiles cracked in bathroom heater works but not connected to wall properly it literally just fell off at one side big holes in wall behind the heater only 1 main light bulb that you had to move from room to bathroom the bed are past there date horrible to sleep in as they have broken and sunk and it was a divan double a metal single bed broken in middle and made noise every time you move smoke alarms don't work in most of rooms dead bugs in lampshades and the bedside lamps are badly dusty you have to run the cold tap for a good 3 minutes as it comes out warm before it goes cold dints in walls starting getting mould from ceiling

Stayed the night on Tuesday the 18th cost £60 for the night got into the room found 2 slugs one in the bedroom and bathroom and I got a shower and the bath tub wasn't steady felt like I was about to go through it . Never stay in this hotel it's horrible and not worth £60 we got £10 back but that's not the point . Finding 2 slugs and they said it's normal because it's a old building no you should have cleaners and mold in the bedroom where you put your clothes NEVER AGAIN SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN

DO NOT STAY HERE. terrible place and horrible staff. Was desperate for a room at 10pm. So i called them and was told a room is available for £50. When i arrived, was told its £80. I asked why i was quoted £50 over the phone and both gents denied that somebody quoted me £50. Looking at the reviews, im glad i never stayed there. STAY AWAY PEEPS!

When asked about”pets welcome” ….I was rudely told “no pets” ….change your internet status and don’t be so rude on the phone….no wonder you only have three stars!!!

The carpet was so dirty an worn out I would of walked away but it was 4am an I was very tired to notice any thing. When I woke up in the morning an seen everything I wanted to be sick . I couldn't use the bathroom they were cob webs everywhere forget making a coffee. I didn't touch nothing an just left . Do not stay here !

Wouldn’t even give 1 star if possible as I (and 2 others, I had booked out two rooms for jubilee weekend!) will not be staying. Despite having a booking in place for 2 and a half months or so, I get a call on Saturday from a very rude, unhelpful man to say our booking has been cancelled, two weeks before arrival! They claim that the whole of the hotel has been booked out by Leeds City Council ‘for the homeless’ and provided no alternative. Absolutely disgusting!! Despite this, the booking is still showing on booking.com which makes no sense at all. We shall be following this up and if we find that you are gazumping the rooms because that weekend will be a busy one, we shall be reporting you to the local authorities.

Everything is damp, staff were useless, had no towels for a shower, the kettle was mould. We wasn’t even allowed a key to the room unless we paid a £20 deposit which was more than what the room was per person (cash only also so had to walk to the nearest cash machine). Overall just a disaster and shouldn’t even be classed as a place to stay. If you are reading this as you have booked or are booking to stay here. You will wish you had paid for a better hotel.
