   I was recommended Artisan by a friend. From walking in, everyone there was friendly and I was made to feel welcome. I wasn’t very sure exactly what I wanted but Jack put me at ease, talking me through the options and the whole process, helping me find the best look for me. He is a nice, friendly and professional guy and I am very happy with the result. I would choose Artisan again without any hesitation and I would highly recommend them.

   Chanaka (Jack) did an absolute amazing job on my hair dye and cut. I had dead roots and curly hair that needed a layered cut and I wanted a glamorous balayage. Jack did a wonderful job of picking the colours, keeping me updated with all the process and a beautiful cut and blow out at the end. I am a very picky and get a lot of anxiety around picking colours for my hair but this is the best I have ever got it done. I feel very confident in my new look thanks to jack. I couldn’t recommend jack and the service at artisan more. 08/10/25 I went once more to get my hair done by Jack and I can’t recommend him enough! He’s so skilled at picking the colours. He chose the perfect colour to refresh my hair. It compliments my skin tone. I requested for warm honey blonde tone. He did a perfect job. Very inviting staff. Especially if your of south Asian descent, with dark hair he is the perfect hair dresser for you!!

   Got my hair transformed by the lovely Jack, and I am in love with the results! Jack was very attentive, and thoroughly explained everything to me as he worked on my hair. Since I have very long hair, I was really scared that I would lose a lot of my length as previously other hairdressers have ignored my request for a light trim and cut off more than I would have liked. But Jack listened to me and thankfully he maintained my length while also trimming off the unhealthy ends! I definitely recommend Artisan and Jack to anyone looking to get their hair retouched or transformed! I will definitely be visiting again!

   Having had a muppet moment in the pre Christmas chaos, I bought vouchers for Artisan for my daughter. However, it wasn't until my daughter was in the hairdressers chair.. .in Sheffield that I realised my error and i had made the purchase for the wrong Artisan! The staff at Artisan haircutters were amazing, understanding, and efficient in dealing with my refund. Plus they didn't take the mickey! If it wasn't for the fact I live in North Yorkshire, I would definitely be going there as their customer service was exemplary!

   The salon has had a beautiful makeover. A very relaxing environment. But above all the staff are very experienced. I highly recommend Beth. Unlike other hairdressers I have had in the past Beth spent time to discuss my preference and gave helpful advice. She provided a cut and blow dry and transformed my hair. A very professional finish. Thank you for having me today. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a professional service experience but also looking for a comfortable and relaxed environment.

   I had a great experience, the staff is super friendly & hairdressers are good (I had beth), I had a wet cut and blow dry for long hair and paid only £40 which is very reasonable. I will definitely go back and highly recommend based on my experience
