I have been going to Mad Lashes for years and cannot recommend them enough. My eyebrows are perfect everytime and the loyalty scheme is an added bonus. Both ladies are always so welcoming and friendly :)
Got eyelashes done Saturday by tuesday chunks of them were falling out. I told her I blink and eyes water but when I got there I only blinked a little compared to what I usually do and my eyes didn't water. Usually my eyelashes start to come out 2-3 weeks with the other lady I go to never in chucks though and this is after my eyes water like crazy. Went in Thursday and asked her if she could sort it told me l had to pay for infills cos it's my fault I blinked. It's not my fault this has never happens before and as I said my eyes usually water a lot. Not only that she sat in her phone most of the time and only spoke to me once. Will never return here waste of money
I wouldnt say they do their job bad, but! They do even what you didnt ask them to do just to charge more. Example I asked for lower face threading, they did full face, and now there is no way back, I always have to do full face (not in their salon). Or I said that Im not doing full bikini, but lady did full bikini, Im not really mad about that one, because I like full bikini be done, but point is they dont always listen what you tell them to do. And that time when they did my face (even tho I asked only lower part) I came back with some hurt places, it was almost bloody, because she was too rough even tho I asked to be careful because I had acne, after that time I send them pics to show what she left me with, but I recieved no answer, no sorry, nothing. They dont care about you, they just care about your money.
Had an intimate wax and it was one of the best I have ever had. Quick, clean and professional. Kay made me feel very comfortable and was conversational, but not overbearing. I"m quite a nervy customer so the fact that i could laugh and chat away while she worked her magic speaks volumes. Would definitely recommend to a friend.... or even a stranger.

I suggest that no one goes here to get there lashes done, regular customer, just had an infill on Saturday and all lashes have fallen out after 3 days, what a joke. Then go to the shop and they are telling me I have to pay for a full set. Everyone avoid
I had my first set of lash extensions done by Kay. The service was great and she was very helpful, my lashes look exactly how I wanted them to. Would definitely recommend.
