Jade was incredible! She is experienced and so helpful with giving advice on what would look best based on your features and hair color. She understood the look of balayage I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. Her hospitality and kindness didn’t go unnoticed. Looking forward to getting my hair done by her in the future.

I had such a terrible experience in this salon. I've been a couple of times the first time being ok but nothing special. As soon as I walked in I was ignored by the staff. I turned up on time and didn't have my hair done for another half an hour. I was quoted £80 for a cut, blowdry and full head of highlights and a treatment. I made sure to clarify the price when I had my consultation as I had a set budget because I couldn't really spend more than that - otherwise I wouldn't have got it done. I made sure to ask so that's £80 for all of it and repeated each service. Lara (the one who done the consultation) said yes and asked me if I wanted to book in which I did. But then when I came for my appointment, I was again ignored. Then had all the services done. When I went to pay Lara said ok that's £110. That is a massive difference from the £80 she quoted me. In my consultation I made sure to say that I would go for the first stylist as it is the cheapest and she said that was fine. When I questioned the price because she quoted me differently she said it is because she is more experienced - yet she never told me that and I made sure to specify that I only wanted to pay for the cheaper price and have my hair done by the cheaper stylists. As a new client not once was I told she was more experienced and I purposely specified that I wanted to go for the cheapest option. When I asked to speak to a manager because I was lied to about the cost and her experience, she took my email and said the manager would contact me. Which she never did. But I still am receiving emails from the salon about promotions? Perhaps fix the errors you make with customers first before spamming their emails with promotions. It is appalling that I had to pay an additional £30 when I was quoted differently. When I spoke to Lara on the phone after the appointment about the problem with the cost, she said she understood as she didn't explain that she was a more senior stylist. But that doesn't change the fact I had to pay way more. I would like to be refunded that £30 and hope the salon can contact me like they said months ago. Won't be coming back and definitely would not recommend.
Had my hair done by Lara today and she has done an amazing job, I'm really happy with the cut and colour. Emma the owner is friendly and professional, the salon has a welcoming feel about it. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
