I have taken my young daughters many times for a wash and cut and the service is always above and beyond. Lovely cuts for them both and all the staff are very friendly

I was seen by Chris who was absolutely amazing I'd never had a perm and decided to give it a go she was really kind and explained everything to me The shop was nice and clean and the staff were very friendly they even fitted me in the same day! staff where friendly and chatty, but not overbearing.. THE PRICES ARE AMAZING!
Asked for Keratin treatment specifically but instead they give me a chemical straightening using a Home kit from Wella. Still remember they saying keratin treatment is an expensive procedure and charged me £100 at first. I figured out the kit they were using was just £20 at most on amazon and they charged me £85 at last which is a complete unfair price. All she did was following the steps on the kit. Complete fraud. Even saw them high fives on my way back from getting cash. Seems like they feel good scamming a 19 years old student. Highly not recommend.
I tried this salon a couple of times whilst visiting from Australia. The care and attention and courtesy shown by staff was second to none. My hair was professionally styled by a skilled hairdresser who understood my needs and knew what she was doing. Hygiene is excellent with clean brushes and rollers and neatly set out work stations. I would recommend this salon to others.
I’ve had highlight and hair trimming done by Kristy. Very happy with the result. Hair looks natural and healthy, just what I’ve had in mind. As I have very fine hair, I have asked specifically for thin highlights which would blend in with my hair naturally. Kristy helped to choose the colour and was very attentive to my description. The salon staff is friendly and I have been offered a hot drink. Thank you!
Absolutely hate my hair. Called in and booked an appointment and when I arrived I was told that I did not have an appointment. I therefore had to wait for the others to finish before I could get my hair done. I asked for layers in my hair which turned out horrible. Tried to tell the hairdresser that they clearly weren’t done properly but she did not listen. Absolutely horrible hair cut which shows they clearly do not know how to cut long hair. Now I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed because it is honestly embarrassing. Do not recommend. Wish I never went.
