For one year I go to Nova hair salon at Michelle and I can say I happy with the results.I recommend 100%
The customer service and service in general was horrible. I had beautiful thick long hair and asked for layers with a reference video provided to the hairstylist (I will provide a screenshoot). She did not know how to work with my hair whatsoever. She washed my hair first, which was not a comfortable experience to begin with. Once done washing my hair, paper towels rather than hair towels were used to dry my hair. Then she started to cut my hair with a very over confident manner. Into the hair cut after she cut my back of my hair and started on the front, I noticed the obvious chop on the front of my right hand side. She then decided to stop the haircut and blow out my hair instead so she can then finish off with a cut. The blow drying was horrible, she did not section my hair and was randomly drying it which made it frizzy and unmanageable. She then continued to blame this on the fact my hair is thick and brought a straightener out. Again, no sectioning and randomly running the straightener through my hair and creating more heat damage and frizz to my hair. When she brought the scissors out again, I could tell she had no idea what she was doing nor had an idea on how to fix it, as she was just cutting the air rather than my hair from the back. Once she came back to the front section and proceeded to cut more of the already choppy section I asked her to stop, which did not make her happy. When I tried pointing out the issues, instead of listening and trying to fix the issue she said there is nothing wrong and it can be blown out with a hairdryer. She kept making excuses to how it’s cut properly and I said I’m not comfortable with her touching it because it’s clear she cannot work with my hair and I need to let someone else who knows what they’re doing to be able to fix my hair. Instead of apologising for a mistake, she was gaslighting me and tried to blame me and basically asked me to leave the salon. The hairstylist was moody and annoyed from the start and instead of letting me know she is not able to work with my thick long hair, she ended up messing it up. Anyone is better off going to any other salon because this is the worst experience I’ve had. The only positive is she at least did not have the audacity to ask me to pay, which I wouldn’t have done regardless.

Had a haircut and blowdry, it was done very well, lots of attention to detail and customer service is great.
Natalia was absolutely amazing!! She gave me what I wanted and brushed my hair really gently. Her hands were soft on my hair and she frequently asked how I was feeling during this new experience. Merry Christmas Natalia and i wish everything upon u.
I came here to get my hair highlighted but instead just got my hair burnt and my hair is now ruined. Not only has this affected me emotionally but it it was also a waste of money. I would not recommend this place.
I am traveling from the US for a wedding, and I got a haircut here. My cut looks amazing, and the blow-dry and straightening lasted for the whole night and next day. Thank you so much for making me look so amazing!
