   ★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed – Faulty Product and Poor Service I purchased a compressor from Machine Mart Liverpool in December for around £100+VAT. It is faulty, and when I attempted to return it for a refund so I could replace it and keep my business running, I was told they would only send it off for "fault finding." This is completely unacceptable, this is a critical piece of equipment for my business, and downtime means lost income. Under UK consumer law, I expected better support and the option of a refund or replacement, especially so soon after purchase. I’ve been left frustrated and without the equipment I need, with no clear resolution. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Machine Mart to anyone looking for reliable tools or proper after-sales support. I sincerely hope someone higher up in the company sees this and takes action to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Machine Mart has lost my trust and my future business.

   Horrible service! I bought a tool and gave it back after 2 days because I changed my mind. They said they can't accept it because it's missing the plastic wrapping(which was missing when I bought it!). The other man had a look and said that he remembered that he gave it to me without plastic wrapping but still didn't want to give me my money back! Selling something that someone already returned but won't except it back! Out of order!

   have tools you need when your stuck,staff sometimes get it wrong,arrived and they never had it,after saying over the phone it was. training your staff in customer service will be benefical to your business ?

   Service and customer service total rubbish! They have ruined my generator. Returned to me leaking oil, very erratic loud noise.Shop didn't want to know. Customer service very arrogant, put phone down on me.disgrateful .

   Will never buy the tools from them again. I have bought two sets of tools with ratchets and sockets and after a week ratchets broke down. Replace them a few times and still the same problem. Also even if I have receipts of my tools I can't return them. Plus terrible customer service experience. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place or buy anything from them again. It's a shame they call themselves No 1 tools and machinery shop.

   Terrible customer service, generally make you feel like you're in the wrong when a product fails. In my instance the casting cracked on a breaker bar, a result of over-hardening the metal during manufacture. I was told that i was using it incorrectly and for too big of a job (taking wheel nuts off a Hyundai i30). They agreed to replace the bar, but advised they'll note the account not to replace the bar if it fails again. The irony is that I've used my Halfords Pro ratchet and a bit of scaffolding bar to complete the job and experienced zero issues; In my opinion signifying that the machine mart product was sub standard to start with.
