   Booked to have my daughter's hair cut at 10am. Called the salon to confirm the timings, I turned up on the day with an excited 6 year old ready to have her hair done and was told that the hairdresser was running 20 mins late. So my daughter and I waited for 20 minutes. We then went back into the salon only to be told that our appointment was cancelled. No real explanation given. I was then left to pick up the pieces with a very upset little girl. Awful service, not even a phone call or an offer to fit her in later in the day. I'd avoid this place if you value your time.

   Went on 30th November 2023. Brilliant atmosphere. Everyone loves my hair. It was so much better than I thought it could ever be. Julie worked miracles on my tangled mess that I started with. High kudos x

   went in for a consultation and they were just interested in chucking me out (politely ofcourse), did not answer any of my questions, and over quoted the prices by a lot. i was probably not the right skin colour of their desired clientele, awful treatment of a potential customer, would never go again

   I went to the shop to enquire, the lady saw me and quoted £25. I later call to confirm an appointment, she again repeated it would be £25. Went there, have to wait 30 mins and charged me £35 saying: "cos I did a proper cut" !?!

   I have been going to Barbers to get my hair cut for many years but they could never cut my hair just the way I wanted. At last I have found an excellent , very talented hair stylist who cuts hair who cuts men’s hair amazing. I asked Julie for an 80’s wedge hair cut she knew exactly what is was and cut it to perfection!!! Love my hair cut..
