   Went for a trim and tidy up, couple of inches of the back and re style the layers. The lady did what she wanted now i have very short hair at the back and a bowl cut at the front! Very disappointed no long hair doesn't suit you it's my hair! Short hair makes me look like a granny. Can't even bare to look at it make sure she knows what you want not what she wants. Eastern European lady with dark curly hair

   If anyone in their right mind thinks this is a good haircut please comment below. This is the haircut I received last week when visiting the salon. The lady who cut my hair is apparently ‘qualified’ and especially good in cutting long hair. My hair was has never been cut so badly. I only thought I’d try this place out due to it allowing ‘walk in’s’ but that just shows how bad they really are. I would give this place zero stars if I could. I paid £54 for this disaster and they didn’t even give me a refund. The person who cut my hair was named Julia. I would not recommend this place unless you want a head like mine. I then had to pay another £55 to get my hair somewhat fixed from another place. Awful!

   Excellent staff- went in for a basic cut but was really taken care of and valued as a customer. The service here in the Staines branch is so much better than any of the high end places I have had my hair done - will continue to visit for sure.

   The hairdressers were warm and welcoming. Very pleased with how well the hairdresser managed to nicely trim my fidgety 6 year old! I didn’t know exactly what style to go for but the hairdresser shared her thoughts and I am so thrilled with a lovely style that suits my face and easy to maintain. Price of both cuts were very reasonable!

   I had come in for a haircut in July 2024 by L. It was a wash cut and blow dry. I felt like I was happy when I left and then I realised when I got home that my featherings were not done right, length was not straight it was shambolic. I called the next day, I was told by another lady that I would get a refund and to come the next day. Fine, went the next day and the woman I had spoken to was not there. The colleague that served me there was not polite, she was treating me unfairly infront of other clients and I left with no further answers and no refund. Not even cash refund. I waited for 2 hours at the salon, she gave no response and told me to leave and wait for the manager to come back. I had no callback whatsoever and I didn’t want to drive another 30 minutes for me to leave. The lady did offer a fix but how can you expect to be trusted after such a disaster. My hair was up to my lower back and for it to be chopped into a disaster was not good. I had no choice but to email the head office about the poor service I had received. There was no kindness, the treatment overall was probably only worth £10 or even nothing. No hygiene. They were only friendly until they got paid. I wouldn’t recommend this store at all. Don’t waste your money. Management needs to be sorted because it’s not good at all. Only had the chance to express myself now. Attached are the photos.

   I believe the lady I had was Liyha, the one with the long dark hair. I seem to remember her when she worked at the Slough salon, she messed my hair up then but I went to the Staines she was there after I spent a few years at a another salon because I wanted a regular hairdresser to help me grow my hair to the length I wanted but I left because the prices went too high. I had Liyah back in December and she cut it lovely, I thought she had gained more experience and improved so I had no issues with going back to her. Well I was wrong! I have spent quite a few years growing my hair out from very short ( about 3 inches long) to what I consider as long.....past my shoulders. All I wanted was really a trim, I love my hair the length it was. I feel my hair is so short again and it will take me another 2 years to get it back to the length it was before. One side is shorter and thinner than the other side, nothing was done to the top of my hair, my fringe wasn't even cut and I paid £28.50 for the privilege. I will have to go to another hairdresser to have it sorted out, there is nothing Supercuts can do to sort this mess out. All my hard work was for nothing. Liyha is a lovely lady but unfortunately I can't go back to her or recommend her.

   Absolutely digusted at what you've done to my child's hair. Spoken to another hairdresser since being in yesterday to be told I wasn't being silly and the cut Is awful. How you could've took money off someone for your work is a joke. Definitely need more training and standards for your clearly under qualified staff!

   Today I arrived at the store around 1pm. I was served by a long dark hair lady. Seeing quite a few customers with just her handling the store, I asked her if she got a room for me. At first she mentioned 1 hour wait and then jumped to 2 hours waiting period. I said fine as long as my hair will be done today. She even asked for my contact number incase if she's available before 2 hours. If you check your CCTV , I had written down my contact number and even put an alarm just 15 mins before 2 hours to be on time. I went in the store again just around 3:10pm and to my dismay, another lady who were working with the dark hair lady said to return properly tomorrow because they don't have time for me as the dark hair staff has to go for her break and they have another lady in waiting. I mentioned I was told to come after 2 hours and even left my contact number. She spoke to the dark hair colleague of hers and the the dark hair lady replied to her saying that she told me to come before 2 hours. The dark hair staff lied in front of my face. I am nine months pregnant and they made me hanging around 2 hours in return for no service and very bad customer service and on top making me a lair infront of other 3 customers. I felt fustrated and embarrassed to be treated very unfairly. I would never ever visit this place. And right now I am feeling so drained and my legs giving me up as I had to walk around with my big belly for 2 hours just for no services and impolite communication.

   When the Staines branch is staffed by its usual staff you can’t fault it. But on occasions when they send in temp staff usually the same person, she tends to send people away for no reason saying she hasn’t got time or has got someone coming back and this can be when the salon is empty. She has done this to me on two occasions. When I questioned further she kept saying she was overworked etc. Sorry not my problem. I travel there especially but if I see that particular person in there I know she’s going to make excuses and turn people away. I hung about outside once and she got nervous coz she said someone was coming back but they didn’t. She’s not confident at all and gives the impression she doesn’t want to cut anyones hair. She just seems to be out the back folding up towels. When staffed properly I have no faults with Supercuts at all.
