“Just had the most lovely pamper package with my daughter here. Laura and Debbie are super warm and welcoming. I wasn't expecting to be too relaxed given I was there with my 6 year old but as I said to Debbie my facial was sooo relaxing and I didn't even realise I had a headache until it was gone. They use lovely products like Neals Yard too. We are looking forward to coming back and hoping to make it a school holiday tradition.”

“Megan has been working her magic on us for years and it's not just hairdressing, it's family therapy, music and film reviews, teen counselling, career advice and some chemistry and trichology lessons thrown in. Together with the brilliant Rhiannon, Jess and Ruby they make our visits an absolute treat. “What a gem of a place! Had shellac pedicure and shellac acrylics! Lovely staff. Didn't wait a second in fact I booked for two people and arrived and the basin was being filled ready for my arrival! Offered a drink several times. Took time and didn't feel rushed even though the phone was ringing and people turning up. Moved from another shop so will definitely stay with this one. It's clean and relaxed and so friendly. Prices good too. Was recommended to me and I will certainly recommend! They now have another 3 customers! Customer service 5* all the way! “I booked Organic Beauty Surrey for a mani/pedi for my wedding party and Laura (and her neighbour Debbie) were absolutely wonderful. I felt so lucky to have found this place! I was looking for a relaxed setting to do mani/pedis with my bridesmaids and mother the day before my wedding (a party of 5 total). It was surprisingly difficult to find as most manicure/pedicure salons or spas cannot accommodate more than 2 at a time (usually requiring the rest of us to wait elsewhere). When I stumbled upon Organic Beauty Surrey it was exactly what I was looking for and simply perfect. Laura was super communicative throughout the booking process and so accommodating. When we arrived, Laura and Debbie welcomed us as if we were old friends and the service and treatments were impeccable. I was so happy to have a relaxed, private and friendly setting to be with my closest family and friends before my wedding! On top of that it goes without saying the manicure and pedicure themselves were professional and amazing! Thank you so much to Laura and Debbie for the wonderful and relaxing experience. “Absolutely love this place. Got my hair cut here today and my first impressions are they are very welcoming, the atmosphere was good, and they listen to what you want out of your hair style. Lindsey cut my hair and did such a good job i love it. She really took her time and kept checking in incase i wanted adjustments. I have really thick hair and this is the first time its been layered and thinned out where i could see and feel the difference and its already so much easier to manage. She was also really lovely to talk to and made the time fly by. I will definitely be coming back :)”

“I've been coming here since I moved to the area in September and there is nowhere else I use now for my lash lifts. I have very straight thick lashes and the ladies at strands are the first to be able to give me a lash lift that stays with me for at least 4 weeks without my lashes falling out. They are so warm and welcoming and I feel so comfortable in their salon. I had my first pedicure from them today and it was incredible, they took such care and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. They are well priced and have never failed to give me a 10/10 treatment and service. Very happily recommend them to anybody”

“I've only been to this place twice to get my nails done. They have been considerate, patient and have the best attention to detail. I came in to have dark blue nails with a star design. Sera/Sarah who did the base was magnificent and the apprentice who did the design was simply phenomenal. I can't believe the detail and concentration that went into it. Both ladies know their stuff and would happily go back to them both again! Such a great environment with amazing music. Definitely coming back.”
