   They always have a bad attitude and are so rude, it’s a known thing in this area and people avoid this shop for that exact reason. I mean why open a shop if your customer service is going to be so terrible?

   This is the worse I have ever had my nails!! & I paid £30 for this. You can clearly see it’s not flat or straight and the nails are not even the same length! Im literally so angry I should never of paid. My first time here & I will NEVER go back here again! omg.

   Great professional Salon and Service. The person that put a terrible review wasn't telling the truth. Most likely looking 4 discount. Disgraceful for liaring. The Salon doesn't need customers that lie. Good riddance to nasty people.

   AVOID!!! Lady is so rude with absolutely no customer service skills. She has overcharged me several times, she changes the price depending on what the person looks like they can afford. I called her out on it and she started screaming at me then speaking in a different language loudly. They should be ashamed of themselves as business owners overcharging and bickering over £10, its the principle of things and I will never go back again.

   I visited here on Saturday with my daughter. We both had an appointment and we were seen on time. As always a very friendly welcome and a wonderful experience. The salon was very busy but we were not rushed and the experience was great as always. I returned on Tuesday to have a pedicure, the salon was very quiet and I got to chat to the owners quite a bit. Very friendly and professional. So pleased with my pedicure and manicure. I wouldn’t go any where else. Thank you

   The Chinese guy that done my nails was exstreamly rude to me. I have mental health issues and this shows in my personality. He seemed disrespectful towards me and kept speaking Chinese to he's other colleagues and laughing at me making me feel very uncomfortable. This is the worst place I have ever been and I advise anyone thinking of going there to think again and to go elsewhere.

   Mostly it is good. They are not particularly friendly but they are good at what they do. I went back when my shellac chipped after one day. No fuss at all.They were great! The only problem is that you don't get a hand massage with a manicure and the waiting times can be slightly inaccurate. I will go back as the shellac usually lasts ages!

   I've been a loyal customer here since they opened earlier this year, coming atleast once a month. The man is always friendly and lady usually is too, unfortunately not today. She wasn't friendly or accommodating at all and was quite rude to me and my friend. She didn't speak to me at all just tapped on the desk when she wanted my attention. When filing the acrylics down she filed my skin on 3 seperate fingers which are now extremely sore. She was aware that she done this as i pulled my hand back and she 'acted' oblivious. I was also not offered any cuticle oil or cream which she has done religiously over the year. I assume this is because she knew it would sting me! Thanks for ruining my usual pleasant experience, I'll be going back to Andys nails.

   What a gem of a place! Had shellac pedicure and shellac acrylics! Lovely staff. Didn't wait a second in fact I booked for two people and arrived and the basin was being filled ready for my arrival! Offered a drink several times. Took time and didn't feel rushed even though the phone was ringing and people turning up. Moved from another shop so will definitely stay with this one. It's clean and relaxed and so friendly. Prices good too. Was recommended to me and I will certainly recommend! They now have another 3 customers! Customer service 5* all the way! To the previous person moaning... if you don't want to wait then paint your own! Simple!
