   Absolutely love coming to the salon. My friend recommended I try here as my the place I went to previously closed. I book with Terri the owner and I would not consider anywhere or anyone else now. Having never coloured my hair before, she advised me to try a tint first of all and I am so glad I did. I love it and it makes such a big difference, the cut is always on point too. The price is excellent and means I can book in on a regular basis. All the staff are really nice too. Highly recommended a visit. It can be really busy but I love the chatter and you are always well looked after.

   I’ve been coming to this salon for years and have always been happy with the results, especially with Terry, who I believe is the owner. Every time I’ve had my hair done by her ,there was a proper consultation, clear communication, and beautiful results that matched exactly what I asked for. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was the complete opposite.I had a new hairdresser Laura and I came in to get highlights and showed a photo of the look I wanted — a photo of my own hair from a previous visit to the salon. Instead, I left with hair that was fully blonde, far too light, and completely unlike what I asked for. There was no consultation before starting, and despite showing a reference image, my preferences were not taken into account at all. What made it worse was that toner was applied three times, which not only failed to fix the colour but also damaged my hair more than necessary. After seeing the result, I left the salon in tears, especially as it was my birthday the next day, and I was told to come back in a week — which wasn’t helpful at all given the timing. I did return to ask for it to be fixed, and while there was a minor improvement, it still wasn’t what I asked for. On top of that, I was quoted £45 for highlights and £15 for toner over the phone, but I ended up being charged £70 because I supposedly had “virgin hair” — a detail that was only brought up after the whole situation. Even though they knew how upset I was, the price was increased without warning, which felt really unfair and unprofessional. Laura, my hairdresser, was genuinely lovely to talk to and we had great conversation, but sadly she didn’t deliver the result I expected — especially compared to the standard I’ve experienced at this salon before. The lack of consultation and the overuse of toner significantly affected the outcome and the condition of my hair. I’m honestly heartbroken by this experience from a place I once trusted and recommended.

   I have been going to this salon for years and have always come out with fabulous results. In particular Kerry and Laura always provide excellent customer service by helping me decide what the right colour is and we recently achieved the exact colour I was going for. Would definitely recommend!

   Worst salon I’ve ever been to. Asked me to remove my red hair at home and come back for a strand test , they told me they’ll do the test straight away but called me two days later an hour before my appointment to let me know that they can’t dye my hair and that I should go to another salon. My hair looks awful and tomorrow I have to go to an event .very unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!

   Went to get some layers added to my straight cut from a different hairdresser. Hannah was great she washed my hair, blow dried it and even added some serum at the end. Great price too
