   At this place I had more bad than good experience since 2017. Very hard to get through the reception by phone and if you get in the queue you are lucky if you are number 26 . I never had any issues getting my blood tested but all the time I got to have one , nurses literally butchered my arms , so now I am traumatised , thank you! Recently I went with pelvic pain, the doctor insisted it was a water infection (which I had few times in the past so I know what it is) , I was sure it wasn’t this time, he wanted to give me antibiotics even before to test my urine, so I refused them , bottom line it wasn’t a water infection. When the doctor give the call back it always feels like they got better things to do so better hurry up explaining my problems. Some receptionist are far kinder than the doctors. So 5 stars to the receptionists and 1 to doctors

   Nice ppl to speak too but you can tell the doctors are taking the mick abit nowadays, Been nearly a full week to try get an appt, Surgery opens at 8.30am and by 8.31am THE SURGERY IS FULL ( I have tried all week ) Maybe you should do an extra hour either side of the day?? Give us mere mortals a chance too be seen by you? I have worked all the way through Covid (even the Government extended my working days 16hrs too fill demand in) surely you could help a bit more to do your part for 3 months to help YOUR PATIENTS!! you earn enough from it doctors please Im not asking you too break your backs just help out a bit more x x

   Nobody answers phones. The people here are too busy feeding boxes (computers) to keep up with government nonsense. When somebody rings they want their call answering and not asked to use a computer. It does not speed things up as regards patient care and is ignorant not to answer the phone. Once again created jobs around typing into boxes hope the graph/statistics and cost of this bs is worth it!! Try looking up and talking to patients there the ill people the other side of the counter or on the phone!!!!!!
