   I had my hair cut & styled by Amy on 5/12/25 with just a little support & oversight by her senior colleague Dee. This was my second visit to the Di Carlo salon & on both occasions Amy has been my stylist. Amy regularly checked in with me to confirm that I was happy with what she was doing as the cut progressed. I returned for a further cut & style as I was very pleased with how my hair looked after my first visit & how easy it was for me to manage afterwards, which for me is the mark of a good haircut. All the salon staff are professional, friendly & helpful & clearly know many of their clients well. Refreshments were offered on each visit & on a cold day like today a hot drink & biscuit was especially welcome. I can happily recommend Di Carlo salon & stylist Amy in particular. I took away a price list to give to a neighbour for their reference as they didn’t know there was a salon in Bookham. I have heard from my neighbour who has now booked an appointment at Di Carlo.

   I’m absolutely thrilled with how Dee and Amy did my hair and my mom’s! Every visit to Di Carlos is such a joy. The salon is warm, welcoming, and truly professional. Dee and Amy are incredibly lovely, so friendly, and they always know exactly how to give us the perfect cut and style. I can’t recommend Di Carlos enough, treat yourself and book an appointment! You’ll be so glad you did!

   It is always a delight to come to Di Carlos for a haircut. The team are always welcoming and my hairdresser Dee is wonderful at cutting my short wavy hair and finding a style which really suits me. She is also an expert in colour. Highly recommend a visit!

   I have difficult frizzy hair that most hairdressers find hard to achieve a smooth blow dry. After many trial and errors at other salons, I have ‘discovered’ a gem! Dee, a stylist as this salon, understands my hair and every week, I walk out feeling a million bucks. Smooth and sleek without having to resort to the use of hot irons. I’m absolutely thrilled and now have a permanent weekly appointment. I couldn’t be happier!!

   Had a brilliant experience here today with the talented junior Amy who transformed my hair with a great pixie cut. Dee was training Amy, I found her to be very motivating, engaging and friendly. She gave me some wise advice regarding haircare, I instantly felt at ease, the staff were all really happy and the atmosphere was upbeat but relaxed. The decor of the salon was tranquil and well laid out allowing a good level of privacy, the Morroccan hair products used smelt divine. I will definitely return. Thank you so much team Di Carlos.
