Best hairdresser in hayes. I asked for a haircut and she got it cut perfectly when all the other barbers i went to messed it up Highly reccommend
I've been trying for a while to get my sons hair cut the first time was just before my my mother funeral in March 2024 he was 9 month old at the time she told me that she can't cut it because someone was having hair treatment done and it smelt to strong( her words not mine ) , I have been back multiple times to be told to come back on a Tuesday so today I got my son ready and headed there (as its Tuesday) just to be told that she can't cut his hair because he is under 2 this is the first time that she has said this because why would I keep coming back. my son is scared of men but absolutely great with women and the car in the shop is a bonus because he absolutely loves cars everytime we go I have to stop him from climbing out his buggy to get to the car all I've ever asked is for a trim on the fringe just so he can see and I was happy to pay for a full cut . I even tried to call multiple times and she never answers then when I said this in the shop she replied with did you WhatsApp me I'm like no why would I do that when it says to call if it had said I would have done so . Everytime I come in there is always an excuse . If she was unable to cut his hair and her insurance policy doesn't let her cut hair for under 2s why didn't she tell me this last year on my first visit as he was only 9 moths old when he looked like a baby and he turns 2 in June I feel that she has taken a instant disliking to me her customer service is terrible and if she had just explained that her insurance policy doesn't allow her to cut under 2s I would of understood and not gone back multiple times i would have waited until june , and i wouldn't be writing this review.
Sorry I don’t recommend at all. The hairdresser didn’t dye my hair how I wanted. Was orange. Spent no time on cut, blow dry and straightening. Made my hair look even more dry!! Was so upset with it as got it done for my bday :-( Lovely lady but won’t be returning here unfortunately. I have to pay double now to fix it.
