   I had an appointment and was messaged as I was almost there saying a client had not booked the correct service and my appointment was put back 45 min. I was 5 min from Epsom and it was less than 30 min before my appointment. It was a 30 min drive each way to Epsom from my house. I’ve been a customer at Tony and guy for over 30 years. I was accused of being aggressive to stop me from insisting that it was wrong to push my appointment back just because the client before had booked the wrong service and needed more time. I need contacting by someone other than Michelle at Epsom as I’m really put out by this.

   Had my haircut recently at Toni & Guy and honestly, it was such a great experience! I had long hair and was a little nervous about making a change, but my stylist kaiely was incredibly patient and kind throughout the whole process. She really took her time, listened to what I wanted, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The final result turned out amazing—I absolutely love it! So happy with how my hair looks and feels. Thank you for such a lovely experience!

   On arrival I was taken very good care of. My coat was taken and I was offered a drink. My hairdresser is brilliant and talked me through the styling-showing me how to replicate. I love this salon. It’s perfect. Detail to customer care is amazing. In other salons hairdressers chat and laugh amongst themselves which is not professional. This salon has it just right. The staff are not loud and the whole experience is calm and enjoyable.

   I went in to the salon last night after being explicitly told I had to see the technical consultant as I am currently 6 months pregnant. When booking I explained my mother is in marsden and I would be running late for my appointment as they had rescheduled for thursday and rung back to say she didnt work on Thursdays so i had to do friday. When I turned up 8 minutes late the staff left me waiting at the door while they tried to contact the hairdresser as she had already left. They said she didn't think I was coming so just left after 5 to go get holiday money so couldn't come back. Not even a phone call to check. Don't waste your time coming here because obviously they have no professionalism or compassion. If I knew the person wasn't going to wait I would not of left my sick mother to rush to the appointment.

   I got my highlights, toner plus hair color done by Hailey. She literally tried to shout at me for no good reason when I politely asked her for a darker toner shade on my hair. Throughout the whole time she was rude and was completely disregarding what I had in my mind for my own hair color. Horrible experience! Never going back again.

   Kim has been my hairdresser for the last 12 years and would never go to anyone else! She is amazing at what she does and is always very professional and patient. She works extremely hard to get the cut I have asked for, nothing is ever too much trouble. She is very friendly, chatty & outgoing, it’s never boring having my hair cut. ;) Thank you Kim, Toni & Guy are lucky to have you :)
