The best hair salon in town! I’ve been getting my hair done at Oana’s since 2022, and I’ve loved it every single time. The ladies are welcoming, always checking if you need anything, and there’s always a great atmosphere—time flies, even when you’re there for 7+ hours! I get highlights twice a year, and I’ve never had an issue. I highly recommend Oana!
I had such a fantastic experience at this salon! The team are not only highly skilled with haircuts and styling, but they also make you feel completely at ease from the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy—people are chatting, relaxing, and truly enjoying themselves while being looked after. Oana really take the time to understand what you want, and the results are even better than expected. I especially love the way she does hair extensions—as I have tape-ins, and the application is absolutely amazing. It’s clear they care about both the craft and the customer experience. If you’re looking for a place where you can unwind, feel comfortable, and walk out looking and feeling amazing, this is it. Highly recommended!
Oana Hair Studio is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed and cared for. The whole team is incredibly friendly, kind, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Previously gave a great review if this salon as had two great experiences. The 3rd time the two lovely ladies that did my hair previously had left. Had two girls doing my hair. Spent 12!!!!!!! Hours in the chair. I paid 100 deposit and had another 120 to pay for a full head of highlights I left with butchered hair bleach left on so long it was breaking ( that’s when they washed it off although half of it was yet to be finished) I left paying another 70 and held back 50. I messaged the owner the following day with pictures and explaining my experience. She was abusive. She is off key. I asked for a full refund which was reasonable given the circumstances and the advice I was given after having my hair re cut. She then threatened to take me to court for the 70!!!! Pounds I short changed her. It was 50 actually! She said I still had the highlights and hair on my head and only English people have my mentality. She told me that my hair looked fine, she could see it when she looked back on the security camera!!! Not even an invite in for assessment. I have the messages on my phone still. Avoid this place. * Update Look at the response. I rest my case. A complaint about sub standard service and your hair being ruined and a bad review on Google does not amount to harrasment. Please feel free to take me to court for the 50 pounds I paid short. I too have the messages from you and the photographic evidence however you will not be hearing from me again as a consumer I am passing on my experience. It is a free country to do so.
Amazing experience! I've been a loyal customer for 3 years as they have never damaged my hair and I've always been extremely pleased with the result! The staff is very friendly and kind! I highly recommend!
Amazing service, very kind and welcoming. They were very professional and exciting to be around. My hair turned out to be beautiful and so gorgeous.This place has really boosted my confidence.You would feel as if you are at home. Any questions or thoughts you have,they are happy to inform and help with any decisions you want to make. I felt more than welcomed and loved. My hair was in good hands and it was treated with care and professionally handled. i would definitely go there again. At first i had alot of doubt and i was very nervous but they calmed me down and they reassured me that everything will be okay. This whole experience has taught me to trust the process until the end. The final results have made me very happy and confident :) There is a clear difference between my before and after hair, i wouldve never even thought that it wouldve turned out this good.i definitely recommend x
