Beyond incompetent. Appointment booked, waited 5 days to see someone only to turn up and be told it was booked at Auckley which was not discussed on the call and no confirmation text was sent, and all you get is 'sorry'. If you are thinking that this is a one-off incident and an easy mistake to make, you are wrong.

Leave this practice. All my life I'd been with this doctors. When it changed hands it died, it's impossible to get the care you deserve/any care from there now. I only wish I'd have changed to a new place sooner.

Absolute farce. 22 people queuing outside when it finally opened 15 minutes LATE at 8:15. First guy in queue been here since 7. Guys in queue had appts at 8 oβclock. Waste of space

Absolute joke of a gp every single time I phone itβs a ridiculous que literally cannot do a callback because they donβt ring you and state they have when they havenβt. When you decide to stay in the Que they decide to end the phone when your calls about to be answered been on the phone 2 and a half hours and they end the phone on me as I get to 1

Been here for over 20 years. It has gone way downhill. Rang yesterday. 4 weeks for an appointment. They told me to go online and book it as it would be quicker. Went online and the booking system was shut. Staff are quite rude too. We are ringing the doctors as we aren't well. We don't need some attitude and to made to feel we are in the wrong!!!

Had to give them a one star review as their is no minus!!! Absolutely shocking service, finally got through to someone in the afternoon to be told no appointments available for 3 days, to call back at 8am next day, I then proceeded to ask for a call back from a nurse instead only to be told the same thing, I tried to explain to her it is impossible to get through at that time and they should have more staff manning the phones, hence this got me nowhere!! as a fellow nhs worker I am disgusted by the lack of compassion and understanding the receptionists have for the patients and the public in general!

The surgery is clearly understaffed as are many GP practices. It is more than frustrating to email and then to be told this has not been received despite having received a text message to say it has! Phoning is virtually impossible and the call back service takes ages. Then to be advised on Friday afternoon there are not even any phone appointments with a clinician until Tuesday is absurd. Not a surprise that people turn up at Aand E

Absolutely horrific. If you dont ring bang on 8am your never gonna contact them. I rang them at 8:30am and all i get is user busy instead of putting me on a waiting list while on call. I have rung for the past hour now and nothing. Itβs ridiculous, i could urgently be in need of care from my doctors or calling about a prescription that i need others my health deteriorates and they just ignore the call.

Credit where credit's due, things does seem to have improved at our GP. Didn't take that long to get in the queue over the phone, was 20th on the line but my turn came within 10 minutes. Also the option to get a call back without losing your queue no. is good too if you don't want to wait on the phone for your turn. Managed to get an appointment even when I rang in afternoon, compared to past where you'd even struggle to get in the queue on the phone and by the time your phone was finally answered an hour or two later no appointments were left and were told to call back next day at 8 like "hello I've been trying all week to get an appointment ringing you at 8". You're already feeling vulnerable when you ring if you're not well and to be told that was really frustrating. But as I said, things seems to have improved. Hopefully this is something that carries on and only gets better from here. Thankyou.
